Forget Me Not

Mama-to-be likes making fresh salads, but she often has 1/2 a tomato or green pepper or onion left over. Inevitably, she finds the other half days later in her fridge. By that point, it's too gross-looking to eat.
Tupperware Forget Me Not Containers- $12 for a set of two
Tupperware sells a Forget-Me-Not container for storing partially-used fruits and veggies in the front of the fridge. You can hang the container from wire or solid fridge shelves where you'll remember to eat it. So it's a great way to reduce waste and save on food.
