Unless you’re blessed with Angelina Jolie’s fast metabolism and perfect genes, breastfeeding alone won’t get you back your pre-baby physique. You’ll still need to eat responsibly and exercise.
But after 9 months of giving into your cravings, eating healthy can seem boring. Sometimes you might just want a Twinkie or some other naughty treat. If you find the right substitute for your favorite fatty foods, you’ll be able to treat yourself without derailing your diet.
Recently, I received a free sample of Weight Watchers new Golden Sponge Cakes with Creamy Filling. These 80 calorie treats taste surprisingly like a real Twinkie. In fact, I actually prefer these to real Twinkies because they don’t taste as greasy but still have the light airy cake and creamy filling.
Just a warning: the serving size is fairly small. If you have a sweet tooth, you might be left craving more. But if you have the discipline to eat just one, this is a great way to have the “yum” without the guilt.
Want to try these? We have three coupons for free Weight Watchers snacks to giveaway.
