Kids are drawn to Disney and my older two love selecting the new Disney Baby Cuddly Bodysuits that Disney sent us for dressing our baby.
What I love about the design of these bodysuits is that they have a more stylized take on the classic Disney characters with macro close-ups, repeating patterns, and dramatic perspective. I do wish that some of the 3-packs included only patterned options as personally I prefer a design on my baby’s one-piece outfits. The solid colored bodysuits still make an impression, though, with vivid colors that move beyond your typical baby fashion.
The baby probably doesn’t notice the admiring looks his style draws but I’m sure he enjoys how cuddly-soft the thick cotton is. Although the price point is extremely reasonable, Disney has put a lot of extra details into these one pieces. The “lap shoulders” make it easy to slip the bodysuit on and off and there are reinforced seams–some with contrast stitching.
And his father and I appreciate that the extra row of snaps extends the life of the bodysuit–especially given that we have big babies! According to Disney research, “moms can go through more than 35 bodysuits in a baby’s first year of life (and that’s a conservative number, most moms go through 60+)”. Anything that cuts down on that number is going to save us cash for the more important things in baby’s life!
