Below I created a week’s worth of easy-to-pack gluten-free combinations that will allow your child to enjoy tasty treats without feeling different as a Celiac- or gluten-sensitive child. Peer pressure is hard enough in school, but with Udi’s specialty treats, your child can eat similar meals to their friends without sacrificing taste.
Udi’s recently added the following gluten-free products to their growing selection: Omega Flax & Fiber Bread, Blueberry
Oat & Chocolate Chia Muffin tops, Soft & Chewy Dark Chocolate Brownie Bites and the Margherita, Three Cheese & Uncured Pepperoni Pizzas. There are so many new options that make school and home entertaining so much more pleasant for hosts and guests.
School Menu Plan:
Monday: Apple Slices, Udi’s Gluten-Free White Sandwich Bread with Peanut Butter and Jelly, Udi’s Soft & Chewy Dark Chocolate Brownie Bites.
Tuesday: Udi’s Whole Grain Bagel with Cream Cheese, Carrot Sticks, Udi’s Soft & Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies.
Wednesday: Udi’s Gluten-Free Wheat Sandwich Bread with Turkey, Cheese and Lettuce; Blueberry Oat Muffin Tops; Red Grapes.
Thursday: Crunchy Original Granola (served with milk for breakfast or dry as a tasty side treat), Udi’s Plain Bagel with Brie; Orange Bell Pepper Slices.
Friday: Three Cheese or Margherita Pizza – Requires a microwave in the classroom or cafeteria.
