Finding the time to take good care of myself is hard to manage. As many moms know, personal care and beauty tend to fall to the bottom of the ever-growing “to-do” list.
I make time to brush and floss twice daily, so I avoid cavities. But maintaining pearly white teeth feels like much more of an effort and a luxury. (Whitening strips and laser treatments aren’t cheap!) Almost every toothpaste claims to whiten nowadays, but I’ve never noticed a big difference between brands.
Arm & Hammer has challenged me to test out their Advance White Toothpaste with Stain Defense. They claim that while the baking soda works to remove surface stains, the high levels of Peroxide help eliminate the more permanent, set-in stains. I’ve been very impressed by the versatility of Arm & Hammer baking soda recently, and am crossing my fingers that I’ll start seeing a brighter smile in the mirror in the next few weeks.
