When I was about 9, I will never forget my mom taking me to see The Little Mermaid in the movie theater. That movie rocked my world! I wanted to be Ariel (come on, we all did!). I think I saw it in the movies at least 5 times and I watched the VHS so many times I literally wore the tape out! In addition to knowing all of the songs by heart (and singing them at the top of my lungs) I also tortured anyone who watched it with me by reciting every.single.word.
Fast forward more years than I care to disclose and Disney has released a special Three-Disc Diamond Edition combo pack of Blu-ray 3D / Blu-ray / DVD + Digital Copy + Music that have literally made me feel like a kid again. The 3D version was amazing to experience and really made the film feel brand new to me. This pack may have been sent for my kids to enjoy, but Mommy may be enjoying it far more!
