You spend so much time online as a blogger interacting with other moms and dads and friends and so seeing each other in real life is such a joy when you can swing it. Last weekend, I attended the Mom Mixer put on by my friends, Whitney and Colleen, at the gorgeous Four Seasons in the museum district of Philadelphia.
Several very gracious sponsors blessed us with fun cocktails, treats from CVS, chocolate from Hersey, coffee from McDonald’s in Philly and so much more, some of which I have pictured below.
Exhibits like this from Charm It! almost make me want to try for a girl! Children under 14 can enter the CHARM IT! Crayola Creativity Design-A-Charm Contest to design their own charm between now and May 21st.
I can’t wait to take my boys to The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. I forget about such treasures in Philly and this was a great reminder.
