I’ve been wanting some vinyl wall art for my daughter’s room so I went hunting on Etsy and discovered the fabulous Leen the Graphics Queen.
I fell in love with an owl design but knew my daughter would want it in hot pink, her favorite color. No problem, said Leen the Graphics Queen. Could it be a little bit larger but not too big? No problem, replied Leen the Graphics Queen.
Although the artist had no idea that I planned to share her shop with you, she was professional and accommodating to every request.
Not long after I placed my order, our new owl friend arrived. I followed the directions closely (which seem complicated at first reading but really are quite fool-proof).
My daughter could not be more happy with the results. She says goodnight to her owl every evening and greets it every morning.
The junior ornithologist loves the vivid colors and the fun, swirly branch design. I appreciate that it has a bold graphic sensibility and will be easy to remove if my daughter ever decides she no longer likes owls, or pink.
Leen has so many great bird designs, we may have to add to my daughter’s vinyl aviary.
