Interview With the Amazing Mondo Guerra of Project Runway
Although the “spoilers” have been warning for weeks that the outcome of Project Runway would be “unexpected”, I was still hoping Mondo Guerra would be declared the winner. He had a lot of beautiful pieces and his talent is clear to almost everyone with eyes. Still, I thought that he relied too much on his […]
Interview with Andy South of Project Runway
When I heard the spoilers that the winner of this season of Project Runway would be “unexpected”, and I took a peak at the final collections, I thought the winner would be Andy South.
We spoke with Andy on the topic of his limited palette, Internet buzz that he lifted patterns from a book, concerns about losing his aesthetic during the final collection, and how he has grown as a designer…
Interview with Project Runway Winner: Gretchen Jones
I chatted with Project Runway’s Gretchen and found out that she is a smart, articulate businesswoman. Despite a reputation as the show’s “rhymes with witch”, Gretchen is adamant that she only talked about the other designers’ work, never attacking them on a personal level. So, this is what I asked her instead…
Interview with Michael Costello from Project Runway

His elimination is now the subject of great internet debate–why did he have to compete for a spot when he “won” the previous challenge? why was he eliminated over Gretchen, whose collection seemed to be more of a line and have less “wow” to it? and was his breakdown genuine?
Dance On! with the Big Apple Circus
When I was a little girl, my grandparents took me to the Big Apple Circus and I was amazed at how close I was to the performers.
In this intimate Big Top, no seat is more than 50 feet from the ring!
Talented performers are the heart of this show…

Christopher Collins of Project Runway
How ironic that Christopher Collins, perhaps one of the sweetest, most down-to-earth, mellow, well-adjusted reality show contestant in the whole sordid history of the genre got the auf on what is perhaps the most over-the-top nasty Project Runway episode ever…
