Interview with Michael Costello from Project Runway

Lifetime gave me the opportunity to interview Michael Costello, who was the final Project Runway contestant to be eliminated before the finale at Fashion Week. I’m excited to tune in for the Finale, Part II, Thursday, October 28 at 9pm ET/PT.

His elimination is now the subject of great internet debate–why did he have to compete for a spot when he “won” the previous challenge? why was he eliminated over Gretchen, whose collection seemed to be more of a line and have less “wow” to it? and was his breakdown genuine?

Yo Gabba Gabba!

Yo Gabba Gabba’s catchy tunes had my daughter singing “Peas & Dat Chu” (please and thank you) at one! Now, my daughter is 2 and she still never forgets to say please and thank you- ever. Of course, I usually steal total credit… but honestly, it was Yo Gabba Gabba that made that simple lesson I was teaching her- fun!

This past weekend my family and I had the honor of attending the Yo Gabba Gabba “Party In My City” show at Radio City Music Hall as well as a pre-show veggies and milk party (ahhh, finally a party that’s not full of sugar!)…

Who is Fuddle?

At two years old, part of my son’s daily routine is to read to him. You can imagine how thrilled he was to get a new book that included a stuffed animal. Fuddle resembles nothing in particular and yet has a cuteness about him that I can’t quite define. My son absolutely loves this stuffed animal. I have often caught him counting his toes and making him dance. There’s nothing confusing about how much we love Fuddle!
