Holiday Clothing Care
Before I had children, I would hand-wash lingerie and other delicate clothing in the sink and then hang it to dry. With a preschooler and a baby in the house, it’s harder to find the time.
The Whirlpool Duet Washer has a hand-wash cycle, which I used for delicate sweaters, blouses, lingerie and silk hosiery. Using the hand-wash cycle saved time and effort, and my items came out looking as good as new.

We have struggled with not only finding enough room for our books but for also keeping them organized. And then comes the weekly frantic search for the library books that are due. Washing My Cares Away With Whirlpool
As a newlywed, I didn’t care much about my washer and dryer. Oh…how things have changed. In my pre-kid days, I wore lots of dry-clean only clothing to work. I did two or three loads of wash a week: sheets, towels/whites, and our clothing. Now as the mom to two kids, I do at least one load a day because, as every mom knows, babies make a lot of laundry.

Kids’ Cooking Academy: Kiwi Popsicles
One of my goals is to involve my kids in the kitchen more in 2011.
